About Us:

This is an IT support group that provides top-notch support services to its clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research on key companies in assigned sectors, mapping them to assist marketing and partners/consultants, and preparing sector reports. You will also conduct research specific to country, region, or industry and assist with research for mapping candidates for specific assignments.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting industry research/news research as required, including identifying key executives and board members. You will prepare and assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and any written documentation.

You will participate in executing marketing campaigns while working closely with partners/consultants and maintain customer/client/candidate data and assist in email campaigns to the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on key companies in assigned sectors.
  • Map companies to assist marketing and partners/consultants.
  • Prepare sector reports.
  • Conduct research specific to country, region, or industry.
  • Assist with research for mapping candidates for specific assignments.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Biomedical, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in research methods and reporting techniques is a plus.
  • Able to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office administration.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
