Job Title: Head of Cash Management and Corporate Banking Operations
Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Deputy Head Cash Management and Corporate Banking Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and contributing to multiple strategic projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of cash management and corporate banking solutions.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and objectives for the CCS department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure that all software engineering practices are followed and implemented effectively.
- Maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team of engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
