About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our partial discharge products, increase market penetration, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, and targeted advertising, to generate leads and drive product awareness.
  2. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  3. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and potential customers.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of market expansion specialists, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the progress and success of market expansion efforts.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in engineering, business, or a related field.

2. At least 8 years of marketing experience in partial discharge testing products.

3. Experience in partial discharge testing and research.

4. Excellent leadership skills with communication and negotiation skills.

5. Willing to travel, with potential for overseas dispatch.
