Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and maintain the front desk and waiting area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Ensure compliance with new customer registration guidelines and policies.
  • Register new customers at POS systems.
  • Manage incoming calls and messages by responding promptly.
  • Send reminders via calls or WhatsApp before 1 or 2 days for appointment confirmations.
  • Arrange customer appointments and provide follow-up care services.
  • Monitor outlet new appointment cancellation rates.
  • Promote first trial promotions to new customers.
  • Follow up with new consults who have not attended their appointments.
  • Hit monthly new lead turn-up targets.
  • Update daily sales data and ensure accuracy with POS systems.
  • Conduct daily/weekly stock checks, process stock receipts, and assist with outlet stock tallies.

Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools.
  • Additive advantage of experience similar to the beauty industry.
