Customer Engineering Technical Lead
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Customer Engineering Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engineering, excellent technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical leadership and guidance to customer-facing teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions and improvements
- Drive customer satisfaction surveys and improvement plans
- Manage overall prototype activities from tapeout to EOL
- Support product database (PDB) management and order-PDM system coordination
- Analyze EN/LHN creation and accuracy
