Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Analyst to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions within our CRM Security Maintenance System.

This role involves the integration of advanced RPA technologies, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI to enhance system security, data consistency, and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA and automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Leverage WorkFusion and other intelligent automation platforms for scalable security use cases.
  • Utilize advanced UiPath capabilities such as Document Understanding, Apps, and Data Services to automate unstructured data workflows.
  • Build and manage ETL workflows using SSIS and SQL, ensuring secure and reliable data movement between CRM systems and supporting platforms.
  • Analyze large datasets and automate data processing tasks to support secure user lifecycle and access controls.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into security and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with data scientists or use pre-trained models to enhance decision-making in automation pipelines.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in automation, RPA development, and enterprise system integration.
  2. Proven delivery of end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and WorkFusion.
  3. Strong ETL/SQL development skills, particularly with SSIS, for backend data automation.
  4. Experience integrating AI/ML models in business automation workflows, especially in security-sensitive processes.
  5. Previous involvement in building automation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including governance, best practices, and infrastructure setup.
  6. Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and client engagement, including RFP responses, technical presentations, and proposal writing.
  7. Ability to train and mentor teams across technical (RPA) and functional areas, ensuring knowledge transfer.
