Lead RPA Automation Developer Role

This senior role leads the full project lifecycle for robotic process automation (RPA) implementations, including requirement gathering, process assessment, workflow design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and conduct feasibility analysis for automation opportunities to secure client approvals.
  • Design and develop automation workflows for web-based, desktop/thick client, Citrix, mainframe, Excel, PDF, and Word-based applications using UiPath and Assist Edge.
  • Utilize UiPath RE Framework to build robust unattended bots for automating complex business processes.
  • Manage credentials and assets securely using Credential Manager, Orchestrator Assets, and Control Tower.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as Excel operations and perform complex data manipulations using custom C# and LINQ code.
  • Collaborate with business users during requirement analysis and UAT phases to ensure successful deployment and issue resolution.
  • Provide post-deployment production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development and automation.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and end-to-end automation delivery.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in banking or financial services sector is a plus.
