At the National University Hospital, we are seeking a talented Facilities Development Manager to lead our compounding hub project.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strategic planning and execution skills to ensure the successful inception of the new facility.
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating workshops to refine operating models, providing timely project status updates to senior management, and ensuring relevant processes comply with GMP standards.
In addition, the successful candidate will formulate solutions for seamless interdepartmental workflows, work with domain experts to design operational and service protocols, and act as the main operations liaison personnel for various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning of Facility: Devise strategic planning roadmaps and work towards milestones.
- Coordinate stakeholders/subject matter experts for workshops.
- Formulate and integrate various components to ensure seamless workflow design of the facility/operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device/healthcare industry, preferably with people management responsibilities.
A Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or equivalent is required, along with 8 years of relevant work experience in new facility setup.
