Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Analyst Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in corporate transaction execution, including deal origination, structuring, and execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the origination, structuring, and execution of strategic advisory transactions across various products.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties on transaction execution process workstreams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (with honours) or MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and industries is an advantage.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, etc.)
  • An understanding of the M&A / fund raising transaction process.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, execution-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Analytical and problem-solving expertise, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
