We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Advisory Partner to join our team. As a key member of our advisory board, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance on strategic matters and helping clients navigate complex transactions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic advisory work, with expertise in managing intricate projects and transactions across various sectors. You will be responsible for advising clients on their India strategy from inception to exit, including restructurings and high-value exits.

You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to navigate the Indian regulatory framework and enforcement actions. Your clients will include major international investors, multilateral agencies, promoter groups, and HNIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on their India strategy, including market entry, expansion, and exit strategies.
  • Manage complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Advise clients on regulatory matters, including compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate and sign concession agreements for hotel construction and other infrastructure projects.
  • Bid on and advise on infrastructure projects, including railway, real estate, and port projects.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic advisory work, preferably in India.
  • Strong understanding of Indian regulatory framework and laws.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
