Senior Food Preparation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced food preparation specialist to join our culinary team. As a senior food preparation specialist, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with our established recipes and standards.

Responsibilities include setting up the kitchen section according to standard procedures, preparing all food requirements in line with quality standards, minimizing food waste, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Additionally, you will be expected to maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in food preparation and kitchen management
  • Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Degree or certification in hospitality or a related field
