Job Title: Senior Food Preparation Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food products. This role requires strict adherence to preparation recipes, presentation specifications, and control of costs by minimizing spoilage, wastage, and portion control.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Western cuisine and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. They should also be proactive and visionary, with excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve quality food products by following strictly the preparations recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Control cost by minimising spoilages, wastage and portion control.
  • Ensure workplace safety and hygiene.
  • Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment e.g. refrigerators, utensils, ovens.
  • Inspects all perishable food items received for quality.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Good understanding of Western Cuisine.
  • Proactive and visionary.

Benefits:

Starting salary $2,500 with overtime pay. The workweek consists of 44 hours, split over 5-6 days. Meal and transport allowance is available after midnight.
