The Partnership team is responsible for engaging with corporate partners and volunteers, planning and reviewing donations, volunteer management, and partnership plans. As a key member of the team, you will support the Partnerships team in managing donations, sustaining partnerships, and overseeing corporate volunteers and administrative matters. Key Responsibilities

Partnership Efforts
  • Lead and manage at least three Partner-related accounts, ensuring successful partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement co-branded programmes and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address the needs of beneficiaries through programmes and initiatives.
  • Oversee contracts and agreements with Partners, ensuring timely deliverables and smooth execution.
  • Manage and coordinate all initiatives and events related to Partners, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Support Reporting Officers in managing targets, inventory, and budgets for respective accounts.
  • Independently manage at least three Partners, reporting regular updates to the Reporting Officer.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and manage the calendar of events for Partners.

Cross-Departmental Work Assignments
  • Manage up to three cross-departmental work assignments simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Manage other duties and ad-hoc projects assigned in relation to Engagement work.
  • Regularly update the Reporting Officer on project status and progress.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • A degree with at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the social service or non-profit sector.
  • A keen interest in partnerships and stakeholder management.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with good numerical skills to track and monitor funding and budgets from Partners.
  • Excellent IT and Microsoft skills, including SalesForce, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, creative, and can-do attitude.
