Job Description:
TikTok is a leading platform for short-form mobile video, inspiring creativity and bringing joy to users worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Indonesia.

We strive to create real-time interactive scenes, providing users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizing content. Our Livestream Team aims to expand ecological boundaries by creating value for all parties in the ecology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring international LIVE content quality, ensuring first-class moderated content & Quality assurance. This involves thorough data analysis, summarizing problems, handling necessary escalation, and forming quality inspection reports. They will work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring international LIVE content quality.
  • Thorough data analysis, summarizing problems, and handling necessary escalation.
  • Forming quality inspection reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia language is required, due to the need to review content and liaise with Bahasa Indonesia-speaking customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with office software such as Excel, Word, etc., with data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities.
  • Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively.
