About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Liaison Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for liaising and communicating with clients, preparing sales proposals and quotations, and monitoring ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents based on project requirements
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards
- Attend to sales inquiries and build long-term partnerships with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients
- Minimum 8 years' experience in sales, preferably in the Construction industry
- Willingness to travel to various sites
