About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fun and engaging experiences to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate games and activities for groups up to 8 people
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with cash handling and other administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash
Working Conditions

This is a part-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week. You must be available to work weekends and public holidays, and be willing to commit to a regular roster.
