We are seeking a skilled Gaming Experience Facilitator who can deliver exceptional customer interactions and provide an engaging gaming experience for our customers.

This role involves managing enthusiastic customers in high-pressure situations, actively resolving potential issues while keeping customers engaged, and providing strong oral presentation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing excited customers with tact and professionalism
  • Proactively addressing potential issues to maintain a positive experience
  • Delivering engaging presentations to customers
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
  • Taking ownership of their work and contributing to a safe environment

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be available to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The VR Game Host will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gaming area, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, and charging batteries as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
