Role Overview

We are seeking a game facilitator and brand ambassador to host games throughout the week. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working with people and have a passion for football.

  • Be responsible for facilitating numerous football games around Singapore.
  • Ensure a positive game experience for all users from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate football games, manage game logistics, and handle customer inquiries.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, ensure user satisfaction, and resolve any issues that may arise during games.
  3. Report issues back to management and participate in ongoing training to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Understanding of and passion for football.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds and cultures.
