Bar Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our bar operations with the goal of providing exceptional service and product delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily bar operations to ensure seamless service and product delivery, leveraging strong leadership capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Dive team performance by implementing strategies to achieve financial and departmental targets.
  • Develop and mentor team members to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
  • Plan and adjust staff rosters in line with business needs and productivity guidelines.
  • Evaluate compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, hygiene and safety regulations, and alcohol service legislation.
  • Oversee inventory management, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain stock levels to meet guest demands.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, ensuring all equipment is functional and well-maintained.
  • Upsell promotional items to guests to enhance their experience and maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate beverage requisitions, including special orders for events, to maintain profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B Management with a strong background in bar operations.
  • A diploma in Operations Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Creative, innovative, and resourceful with a passion for the F&B industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
