Job Title: Strategic Learning and Talent Development Specialist

 

As a Strategic Learning and Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective learning and development strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, resulting in improved performance and increased productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Learning and Development: Develop and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of various departments and levels within the organization.
  • Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to drive business success.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that align with business objectives, enabling employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and motivation, encouraging employees to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
