**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and experience in managing environment, health, and safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee Maintenance Functions: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Manage Electrical Work: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all electrical work within the organization.
  • Lead Environment, Health, and Safety Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace safety and reduce risk.
  • Maintain Technical Records: Update and maintain all technical schematics, risk assessments, and FMEA within the department.
  • Administer Budget: Oversee the budget for the Maintenance Section and ensure that all expenditures are justified and aligned with organizational goals.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance management, with a strong focus on electrical work and environmental, health, and safety protocols.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and administer policies and procedures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Certifications: Holding a LEW license is preferable; however, a basic understanding of electrical systems is mandatory.
  • Audit Experience: Familiarity with ISO Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and experience in auditing these systems.
