Lead Generation Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive lead generation activities, develop and execute marketing campaigns, and manage digital marketing operations across multiple platforms.

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and manage prospective student/parent databases for enrolment, support go-to-market launch strategies for new products, integrations, and campaigns, and execute marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads; create, optimise, and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (banners, newsletters, videos, emailers, printed collaterals, etc.) in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Lead or support large-scale virtual and physical events, promotions, and communication campaigns; work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to design integrated campaigns that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Produce effective product marketing content, templates, and presentations to support business goals; collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field;
  • at least 5 years of experience in digital and/or product marketing (experience in the education industry is an advantage);
  • proven track record in lead generation, content marketing and copywriting, with strong attention to detail;
  • proficient in ad serving and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends);
  • strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices;
  • excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills;
  • knowledge of the tuition/education industry and Sitefinity is an added advantage.
