Tunnel Engineering Expertise Sought

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tunnel Engineer to lead the construction of tunnels using TBM technology. The ideal candidate will have expertise in overseeing tunnel projects, preparing method statements, maintaining quality control, conducting site inspections, and supervising site works.

  • Prepare detailed method statements for tunnel activities, including safe work procedures, risk registers, and daily/weekly reports.
  • Maintain and monitor quality control records, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Conduct thorough daily site inspections to ensure that works are progressing according to plan and that safety protocols are being followed.
  • Supervise the operation of TBM machines, controlling labor excavation and ring build processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of excavated volumes, grouting records, and other construction work.
  • Plan, monitor, and track site progress, manpower mobilization, and equipment deployment.
  • Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance, identifying and assessing potential risks and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Liaise with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
