Tunnel Engineering Expertise Sought

We are seeking a skilled Tunnel Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in tunnel construction, specifically with slurry and EBP type TBM in LTA projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction of tunnels, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and requirements. You will also be expected to manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and construction of tunnels, ensuring compliance with LTA specifications and requirements;
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality tunnel construction projects;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tunnel excavation efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Analyze data and monitor tunnel excavation volumes to identify areas for improvement;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on tunnel construction progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree in civil engineering recognized by the Singapore PE Board or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in slurry and/or EBP type TBM in LTA projects;
  • At least one LTA project with slurry TBM experience;
  • Familiarity with LTA tunnelling project specifications and requirements;
  • Able to calculate and make key segment selection;
  • Understand the importance and capable in TBM excavation volume monitoring and control;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
