Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Planning Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Banking division, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and financial performance.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans that align with our business objectives. This includes collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis, and developing strategic initiatives to drive revenue and profitability.

Your expertise in financial modeling, data interpretation, and scenario planning will enable you to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. You will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking, as well as communicating key findings and recommendations through high-quality reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
  • Develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue and profitability
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
  • Communicate key findings and recommendations through high-quality reports and presentations
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, or Business Finance roles, preferably in Corporate/Wholesale Banking
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Corporate Banking products and financial drivers
  • Excellent skills in financial modeling, data interpretation, and scenario planning
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • MBA (Finance/Strategy) from a premier institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS)
  • Chartered Accountant (First Attempt) with relevant experience in Banking/Financial sector
