Job Description:

This role is designed for individuals interested in a career in data centre investment. As an intern, you will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities. You will also assist in the preparation of financial models, investment memoranda, and presentations to support capital deployment decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and fundamental research is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
2. Assist in the preparation of financial models, investment memoranda, and presentations
3. Support due diligence process
4. Monitor performance of existing investments
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Learning Outcomes:
1. Gain strong understanding of data centre investment life cycle
2. Understand drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for deals
