Job Title:
Data Centre Investment Analyst Internship

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our data centre investment team in various tasks such as market research, financial analysis, and due diligence. As a Data Centre Investment Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain strong understanding of data centre investment life cycle and assist with research and running feasibility analyses for deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
2. Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, models, investment memoranda, and presentations to support business development activities.
3. Support the due diligence process by reviewing and analysing data centre investment opportunities.
4. Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates to the investment team.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:
1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
4. Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
5. Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and fundamental research is highly desirable.
