Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Operations Director to join our team.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and managing general ledger reconciliations.

This includes preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as performing variance analysis to identify key financial trends and deviations.

You will also be responsible for managing P&L statements for various business units, ensuring daily compliance with relevant regulations, and monitoring and reporting of key financial ratios and thresholds.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing process.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify key financial trends and deviations.
  • Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure the integrity of accounting records.
  • Prepare P&L statements for various business units.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance teams and business unit leaders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
