About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Director to spearhead our global finance operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international accounting practices, strong technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.
  • Oversee the management of cash flow, funding, and intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
  • 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in high-growth businesses.
  • Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
  • Background in both audit and commercial finance, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
  • Expertise in international accounting practices, especially Hong Kong, Japan, and China; familiarity with EMEA and the Americas.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury management, tax, and cross-border compliance.
