Your Key Responsibilities:

Investment Origination & Deal Execution
  • Identification and evaluation of private credit investment opportunities.
  • Deal structuring and negotiation of transaction documents.
  • Presentation and negotiation of investment committee memos.
Portfolio Management & Credit Risk
  • Conducting due diligence and credit analysis for portfolio companies.
  • Managing waivers, amendments, and covenant compliance across active investments.
  • Quarterly fund valuation and LP reporting requirements.
Strategic Expansion & Market Intelligence
  • Tracking market trends in private credit and structured finance.
