Job Brief: Our team seeks a diligent Enforcement Support Officer to facilitate timely payments for cases, generate reminders and notices as necessary. This position demands at least 2 years of prior administrative and enforcement experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue warnings to offenders
  • Monitor case payments and make courtesy calls to remind the offender
  • Generate reminder letters for cases where payment is not received after the deadline
  • Carry out other Enforcement Support tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of admin and enforcement work experience with the Singapore Police Force or similar law enforcement agencies
