Director of Enterprise Risk Sales

Director of Enterprise Risk Sales at Diligent. The Director of Enterprise Risk Sales will play an instrumental role in driving revenue growth for Diligent for existing and new accounts for Diligent's solutions. The role is a key decision maker with responsibility for larger, complex accounts with longer sales cycles, focused on increasing product usage, moving customers to the Diligent One Platform, and selling the Diligent One Platform to new customers. This individual contributor position is responsible for initial prospect/customer meetings, pipeline management and accurate forecasting through to deal completion. The Director leads strategic execution of account plans, orchestrates internal expertise to deliver on and grow accounts, and provides coaching and guidance to Sales stakeholders to enable team members to learn best practices.

• Develops and maintains expert-level knowledge of Diligent's solutions portfolio, competitive landscape, and market trends, acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization.
• Leverages market and domain expertise to uncover new opportunities and develop differentiated, value-based solutions addressing complex practitioner and business problems.
• Uses strategic, industry-focused insights to create long-term competitive advantages for customers.
• Gathers, synthesizes, and channels client feedback and market intelligence to inform product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develops strategic business/account plans that drive business outcomes, generates new business and upsells; leads cross-functional plan execution and accountability.
• Delivers accurate, data-driven sales forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting for assigned accounts, ensuring transparency through the sales cycle.
• Demonstrates deep understanding of the competitor landscape and industry direction; engages stakeholders to align on strategy.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to commercial teams, contributing to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
• Creates and presents subject matter content at public events and forums, leveraging risk management domain expertise.

• Extensive risk management domain experience from consulting/big 4 and/or selling risk management solutions to organisations in the Singapore/APAC market.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering transformational client outcomes with value-based solutions for risk management practitioners.
• Experience providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to commercial teams and contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills with experience engaging and selling to C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong business acumen, market insight, and consultative selling capabilities focused on customer-centric, value-based solutions.
• Growth mindset, ability to quickly synthesize new information, adapt to change, and stay ahead of market trends.
• Highly organized, commercially astute, and results-driven with strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience representing companies as a risk management domain expert at public events and forums.
