Job Title: IT Executive

A high-performing IT Executive is required to manage and oversee the organization's technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of technology, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi for secure and reliable data transmission.
  • Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers) to minimize downtime.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS (client & server), network support (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi), PC setup and troubleshooting, basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup).
  • Knowledge of IT security (antivirus, firewalls, user access control), ERP/MES systems, printers, scanners, barcode systems.
