Job Title: APAC Benefits Intern

The APAC Benefits Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Human Resources team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments. This opportunity is designed to develop well-crafted communications and materials to promote employee awareness and participation in wellbeing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging communications and materials to promote wellbeing programs among internal employees.
  • Collaborate with HR vendors to establish wellbeing events or programs for timely roll-out.
  • Enhance the internal benefits website to increase employee awareness of existing benefits programs.
  • Develop effective measures to track employee participation in wellbeing programs.
  • Develop captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters, and visually stunning presentations.
  • Participate in vendor meetings to articulate requirements and track project progress.
  • Develop a policy perspective through drafting benefits policy for the APAC region.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media content in a professional/business setting is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with colleagues remotely.
  • Effective project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish duties and tasks.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
