Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced drafter to fill the role of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting plumbing and sanitary systems, creating shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD software, and coordinating with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drafts according to established procedures and timelines
  • Design and calculate plumbing and sanitary system requirements for assigned projects
  • Produce high-quality shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD software
  • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, including proposed layouts and detailed plans
  • Manage document control for submissions, including technical data and shop drawings
  • Support project engineers in managing RFIs and coordinate with clients to resolve issues arising from shop drawing comments
  • Meet drawing submission deadlines and assist in organizing project aspects
  • Carry out general office duties and provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent is required
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is necessary
  • Required Skills: MS Office, AUTOCAD, Drawing Interpretation
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Good team player with initiative, responsibility, and positive work attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
