MEP Drafter Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Drafter to join our team. As a skilled drafter, you will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems in renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coordinated MEP drawings based on design inputs and site conditions.
  • Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong understanding of MEP services layout, installation sequencing, and coordination principles.
