Job Title: Programme Growth Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Programme Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting JSIT-Retail through one-to-one engagement with companies and working with partners, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on leads.
You will work closely with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, online and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of JSIT-Retail.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting JSIT-Retail through one-to-one engagement with companies and working with partners
- Supporting outreach and networking events
- Increasing awareness and adoption of JSIT-Retail through online and off-line marketing
In addition, you will identify, develop and maintain a repository of success stories on JSIT-Retail, and use data-centric insights generation to enhance marketing and communications opportunities.
Furthermore, you will engage with customers to drive adoption of programmes, and work with service providers, training providers, employment agencies, and government agencies to deliver programme outcomes.
You will also manage and execute the JSIT-R PR and Media plan with appointed PR Agency, and drive KPIs assigned.
The job requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
