Customer Service Representative

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum O Levels and above, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining composed under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and data entry skills.
