- Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects related to customer service, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum O Levels and above, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining composed under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and data entry skills.
