Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our team at REPS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in the secondary market for insurance policies.

Company Overview:
We are a reputable company providing administrative support and coordination services to clients in the finance/insurance industry.

Estimated Salary: SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing management with administrative support and coordination.
  • Preparation of documentation and data entry.
  • Acting as a liaison between the company and clients, communicating and meeting with clients.
  • Learning relevant pricing skills during work.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc projects assigned.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
  • Analytical, conscientious, and dependable.
