JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for leading and executing corporate finance activities across various business segments. The job involves debt sourcing, financial and tax structuring, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financial strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and market financial excellence and support business growth.

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate growth and shareholder value enhancement.
  • Lead debt sourcing and capital raising initiatives, managing relationships with financial institutions.
  • Work with consultants on financial and tax structuring for investment deals to effectively address risk exposures.
  • Develop and implement funding and hedging strategies to optimize capital structure and manage financial risks.
  • Communicate financial strategy and performance to external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.
  • Lead complex negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and counterparties to secure favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate growth and capital structure optimization.

Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale financial transactions.
  • Experience in infrastructure and real estate financing as well as capital market transactions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
