Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to spearhead our organization's security initiatives.

This strategic role demands technical expertise, governance acumen, and collaboration skills to ensure the seamless integration of security practices across client projects and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the chief security architect for client-facing software delivery projects.
  • Guide teams on secure architecture, coding, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Translate complex security requirements into actionable tasks for delivery teams.
Security Leadership
  • Provide expert security guidance to project teams on threat modeling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivate a culture of security awareness among stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of adherence to industry standards and compliance frameworks.
Secure Development & DevSecOps
  • Develop and maintain secure development life cycles, incorporating tools like SAST, DAST, and SCA to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
Cloud Security
  • Lead the implementation of cloud security best practices across AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging native security tools for threat detection and compliance monitoring.
  • Conduct regular security audits to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Oversee the maintenance and support of ISO 27001 certification efforts, including risk assessments, risk treatment plans, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain key security documentation, ensuring accurate representation of our organization's security posture.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, or cloud security architecture.
  • Strong foundation in security principles, including CIA triad, threat modeling, and access control.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools, such as SonarQube, Snyk, Checkmarx, and GitHub Advanced Security.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and their security features.
  • Experience maintaining and supporting ISO 27001 certification in real-world environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks, including CIS Controls and PDPA.
  • Proven ability to conduct internal audits and support compliance assessments.
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting security documentation and risk plans.
  • Confident in communicating security topics to technical teams, business leaders, and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent industry certifications.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience in regulated industries.
