Revenue Optimization Analyst

This role focuses on enhancing the hotel's revenue streams through data-driven insights and effective distribution strategies. Key responsibilities include reviewing daily rate strategies to optimize room revenue, managing rate and inventory distribution across market segments, and ensuring seamless communication between Reservations and Front Office teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily review of rate strategies for room revenue optimization
  • Manage rate and inventory distribution for target market segments
  • Facilitate communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues
  • Support revenue growth through sales figure extraction and analysis
  • Process and manage Group reservations efficiently
  • Optimize F&B reservations for maximum covers and revenue
Role Involvement and Relationships:
  • Conduct market surveys to inform tactical decisions
  • Develop and implement rate, promotion, package, and selling strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Best Price Guarantee and manage third-party distributors
  • Identify business opportunities and participate in marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Support the hotel's CSR and sustainability efforts
Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Opera, Central Reservation System, and Global Distribution System is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Previous Front Office Management experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage and Spa operations is advantageous
