Job Description:

As a service crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. This includes serving and clearing of customer orders and plates, as well as assisting with food and beverage service.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, including regular cleaning and tidying of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

Additionally, you will supervise and coordinate the work of the service crew, delegating tasks and ensuring high standards are met.

Finally, you will respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous relevant experience is advantageous
  • Ability to perform shifts and work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant smile
  • Ability to work in fast-paced F&B environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to start work in a short notice


Benefits:

This is a full-time/part-time position available, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

The salary range is up to $2800 per month, with 6 working days per week.
