Job Title: Food and Beverage Service Professional

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Waiter/Waitress, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to every hotel guest. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all incoming hotel guests and customers with a warm smile and assist them with their queries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times to ensure a comfortable dining experience for our guests.
  • Set up function rooms for events and assist in the preparation of food and beverages as required.
  • Ensure that tables are set up with the necessary utensils and condiments for our guests' convenience.
  • Assist in taking Room Service orders and deliver food to our guests in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess a Certificate in Food and Beverage Operations or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Have at least one year of experience in a related field.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
