Food and Beverage Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our food and beverage operations.

Job Description:

  • Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests with a smile.
  • Provide friendly and excellent service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist fellow team members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service, ensuring all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
  • Assist guests with their requests, conduct suggestive selling, and ensure they have a complete understanding of all menu options.
  • Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, answering questions and making recommendations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
