**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Food and Beverage professional to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, friendly, and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (preferred but not required), and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should also be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays, and maintain good personal grooming and professional appearance.
