Crisis Communications Professional

At our Singapore office, you will be an integral part of the crisis communications team. Your key responsibilities will include managing initial responses, manning our incident line, and coordinating emergency response drills using our in-house media and social media simulation platform. You will also work with senior trainers to provide high-quality media response training to clients at all levels.

This role requires a highly organized individual who can work well under intense pressure and show initiative during slow periods. Experience in commercial shipping and/or crisis communications is essential, as well as excellent writing ability and confident public speaking skills. Social media management and monitoring experience would be an asset, as would business development experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crisis communications principles and practices, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies. A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as public relations, communications, or journalism, is required. Relevant work experience may also be considered.
