About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ambulance Support Specialist to join our team. As an Ambulance Support Specialist, you will provide non-emergency ambulance services and assist in patient transfers safely and professionally.

You will also support medical coverage during events, ensuring readiness to handle basic first aid and emergencies.

The ideal candidate will be certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or possess a similar qualification. No prior training experience is required, as we offer comprehensive in-house training.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills. The role involves working outside office hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and professional non-emergency ambulance services
  • Support medical coverage during events
  • Deliver first aid, CPR+AED, and related training sessions after certification and guidance
  • Maintain ambulance equipment and training materials in good working condition
Requirements
  • Certified EMT or equivalent qualification
  • No prior training experience required
  • Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills
  • Physically fit to handle patient transfers and emergency support
  • Comfortable working outside office hours
