Job Title: Emergency Response Specialist


Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Emergency Response Specialist. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital part in providing quality patient care and emergency medical services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting patients between facilities on the hospital campus, utilizing specialized equipment and training to ensure safe and efficient transfers.

In this critical role, you will also provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and basic life support skills to patients in need, maintaining medical equipment and supplies to ensure they are valid and functional for daily operations.

You will assist nurses and doctors in emergency situations, working effectively as part of a healthcare team, creating a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients, adhering to infection control guidelines.

To excel in this role, you will require a valid EMT certification, with training provided for those without prior experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.

Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing situations within the dynamic healthcare environment is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
