To qualify for direct entry, you must have:

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Male applicants must meet the Physical Employment Standard (PES) B2 and above
  • Minimum 'Pass' for Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)
